Services on this page are subject to Ohio Service Tax at the
rate in effect for Franklin County, Ohio. As of July 1, 2006, the rate is 6.75%. All Plans are one-month terms beginning on the order date.

| | USAGE CALCULATION
VoiceMail Service Customized Plans: Each inbound call to the Toll-Free Number or Local Number counts as one call deducted from the Included In Plan balance.
EXPIRATION
VoiceMail Service Customized Plans: Expire each month or when the number of calls received exceeds the number of Included in Plan Calls plus Additional In-Plan Calls purchased, whichever occurs first. Within five calendar days of expiration, VoiceMail plans automatically renew for an additional period. VoiceMail Service Customized Plans can be renewed a maximum of one time in any 30 day period. VoiceMail messages are limited to a maximum of 5 minutes per call.
RECHARGE
VoiceMail Service Customized Plans: Within five calendar days of expiration, VoiceMail Plans automatically renew for a period of one month. Prepaid call balance is reset to the number of calls Included in Plan. Prepaid calls cannot be carried over..
REACTIVATION FEE
A $25.00 reactivation fee applies to all suspended accounts.
