All InteliPhone™ services allows you to set your own business hours. Caller's hear either your business day or after-hours greeting depending on your time of day settings.

For a one time fee, our professional recording artists can create custom greetings for you, written in your language, using your script.

Instant Message Notification

InteliPhone™ notifies you of a new message even before your caller hangs up! You simply specify an e-mail address or group of addresses where you would like message notification to be sent. We'll send you a straight-forward text message listing date, time, and caller-id along with a quick-login link for retrieval. You can also choose to attach recorded message wav files to notification e-mails and eliminate the need to login.
Use e-mail to text-messaging capabilities of your wireless phone for instant notification wherever you are.

Web Administration

Your System Administrator ID allows you to customize your InteliPhone service to your exact needs. Online control is simple, intuitive and requires no advanced training.

Extensions are also assigned a personal Login ID and Password allowing extension users to access or modify their own personal settings and messages.

Professional Recordings

Nothing is more important han the first greeting your callers hear when dialing your number. Think of your Personal Greeting as your 'Telephone's Front Door'. Professional Recording is included with Hosted PBX and VoiceMail with Menu Services.

Call Detail Reports

Complete Call Detail Reports are generated daily allowing administrators to view date, time, dialed number, extension, Caller-Id, duration, and cost for each call received by InteliPhone. One full year of reports are available online, additional years available by request. Call Detail includes a reverse look-up link for listed directory numbers. Real-Time detail is also available in the Recent Calls report.
